Guest Post: Shawna from Poppies and Sunshine
Time is a Gift
Hi everyone! This is Shawna from Poppies and Sunshine and I am so happy to be guest blogging for the wonderful and sweet Reese while she is on holiday!
Time is a precious thing. As I think about the summer and all the exciting things there are to do this wonderful time of year, I ponder the time in which we have to do it all...
"Until you value yourself, you won't value your time. Until you value your time, you will not do anything with it."
-M. Scott Peck
"Whatever you want to do, do it now. For life is time and time is all there is."
-Unknown
"You can't change the past, but you can ruin the present by worrying about the future."
-Unknown
"Don't count every hour in the day, make every hour in the day count."
-Unknown
"There is only one you for all time. Fearlessly be yourself."
-Anthony Rapp
I never wear a watch because I hate the sensation of being a slave to time. I think the important thing is to live each day fully. Nice to read your post!

ReplyDeleteHave you ever seen "The Eye of Time" clock? I plan to get one for my bedroom (when I finish decorating it). Its gorgeously old-fashioned.

The quote I loved-"There is only one you for all time. Fearlessly be yourself," it has made me rethink a number of issues I had previously.
Thank you for the insight and for the lovely quotes, cheers!
What an inspirational post, Shawna! I absolutely feel like time. I need to work on doing things for the first time though! I get into my routine and stick with that for the most part.
