ReplyDeleteA friend of mine did the tree thing for her guest book. Her brother (an artist) painted the tree with this beautiful sky in the background and they had different shades of fall colors for the leaves (they married in October). They also included a little sign that said "Please leaf your prints for us!" It was very cute.

ReplyDeleteMy stepdaughters loved being in our wedding and are always saying how they want to go to another one! It was a really beautiful and unforgettable day...but I'll wait for someone else to get married! The planning takes a lot if you are doing it yourself, but the end result is always the same, to marry the love of your life! So maybe on our 10 yr anniversary we can Say I Do in a small party! Love all of these, esp the mason jars, Ive seen them all over and cant get enough of them!!
ReplyDeleteMiss You!!! xoxo

ReplyDeletethese are great finds! i love unique, and affordable, wedding ideas. i am not married, and there are no prospects for me at the time, BUT, but. i do love imagining the maybe-one-day-in-the-future event from time to time. and i love helping friends plan for their weddings, too! a year ago, my best friend got married and asked me to paint a tree as her guest book...it was such an honor! i loved the little finger print leaves, i thought it was so clever.
ReplyDeleteI love those mason jar centerpieces. They're so elegant and simple. Really pretty!
